Canyoning trips take place in some of the most beautiful canyons in the Alpes-Maritimes, including the Gorges du Loup, the Vésubie valley, the Roya valley, the Tinée valley and the Estéron valley. FunTrip is based in Pont du Loup, close to Grasse, Vence, Cagnes-sur-Mer and the village of Bar-sur-Loup, making it easy to reach the hinterland of Nice.
Yes, Fun-Trip offers several levels of courses suitable for everyone: levels 1 and 2 for beginners (Aquatic discovery) with abseiling accessible from 8 years old (half day) or 12 years old (full day), level 3 for perfecting your skills in more challenging canyons from 14 years old, level 4 for more technical progress reserved for a highly trained public, and finally level 5 «Canyon Aventure bivouac» for two days of intense canyoning with numerous abseiling descents.
The only requirement is that you know how to swim. You need to be comfortable in the water, as the courses alternate walking, swimming, sliding, jumping and abseiling in a natural aquatic environment.

Canyoning in the Alpes-Maritimes is a regulated and regulated activity. authorised from 1 April to 31 October, During the summer season, FunTrip organises departures every day. This window allows us to take advantage of the best water levels and generally favourable weather conditions to practice in complete safety.
For each outing, FunTrip provides all the necessary technical equipment (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, harness, booties, collective equipment) as well as supervision by a state-certified guide who is a specialist in the activity and the sites.
The transfer to the start of the activity is included in the price for water-based outings, so that you can simply get to the meeting point in Pont du Loup before being taken to the location of your activity.
